SMS / Text Messaging Communications ‍

When you enroll at an on-site kiosk to play CourtSuite or to join a play queue at a location operated by Jumpshot Inc, you may provide your mobile phone number to receive text (SMS) messages related to your play session. We collect and use your mobile number solely to send you transactional notifications about your session — including when your turn in the queue is approaching, a link to view and download highlight video captured during your session, and access to your session details and statistics.

We will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile information or your SMS opt-in consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with aggregators and providers of the text-messaging service strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have requested. Information sharing with subcontractors performing support services (such as customer service) is permitted only as needed to operate the messaging program.

The provisions of this section govern your mobile information and SMS consent data and operate as an exception to the Disclosure of Your Information section below: all other categories of disclosure described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and that information will not be shared with any third parties except as stated in this section.

You may withdraw consent and stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages unless you enroll again. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@jumpshot.live. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your activity during a session.

We retain your mobile number and associated consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to maintain records of your consent, and for a period of [24 months] following your last session, after which they are deleted.
